Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Cortex Cloud AI Inc. via cortexcloud-ai.com or our CLI and APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Free Trial & Zero-Lockout Policy

Every new account qualifies for a 14-day free trial. Following the trial expiration, accounts without an active paid subscription are automatically placed into the Developer Free tier with capped compute quotas. You are never locked out of your configuration or access credentials.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.999% network uptime for our global routing control plane on Pro and Enterprise tiers. In the unlikely event of an outage exceeding our SLA bounds, service credits are automatically calculated and credited to your balance.

4. Acceptable Cloud Usage

Customers agree not to utilize Cortex Cloud AI infrastructure to conduct unauthorized penetration testing against third parties, distribute malware, or execute malicious network scanning.
