2. Information We Collect

When you interact with our platform or deploy clusters, we collect:

• Account Information: Name, work email address, and authentication credentials.
• Cloud Telemetry Metadata: Compute node counts, GPU memory utilization percentages, CPU utilization, spot instance statuses, and egress bandwidth volumes. We do not store or inspect the contents of your databases or filesystems.
• Technical Diagnostics: Browser user-agent, IP addresses for security auditing, and latency telemetry.

3. Zero-Model Training Guarantee

We strictly guarantee that no customer data, LLM prompts, embeddings, or code passing through the Cortex Cloud AI Neural Gateway is ever used to train, fine-tune, or improve public machine learning models.

4. Security & Encryption Standards

All network communication with cortexcloud-ai.com is protected via TLS 1.3 encryption. Internal inter-service telemetry is encrypted using mTLS. We maintain SOC-2 Type II audit reports and comply with GDPR and CCPA.
